The cost of purchasing and owning our software is the lowest in the industry. We support our software with no annual support fees or add-on fees after purchase.
BCSS Support
BCSS includes a Wizard with simple setup instructions as well as a manual with thorough written documentation. Our pricing model does not include reiterating written instructions. Offer a Tutorial Package to those who wish to have personal tutoring.
Phone Support
Our toll-free number is for tech-related issues. Please present those in need of 'how-to' assistance with information regarding our special tutoring offer.
Internet Connections
Some areas don't provide reliable Internet service. For them we provide one installation CD free of charge. Additional CDs are $15 each. Alternatively, suggest the downloading of the installation file at another location and burning the file to a CD.
General Computer Usage
Anyone staking their business success on computerization is well advised to know how to use a computer. We do not offer or provide computer instruction and it is not within our purview to do so. Provide such assistance via the Tutorial Package.
Hardware
As conveniences to our users we assist in acquiring BCSS-compatible hardware. We and the providers of hardware both provide complete written instructions for hardware installation and use.
Networking
It is impossible to setup and troubleshoot networks off location. Networking requires installation of network cards, computer connections and settings. Those wishing to establish networks must enlist the services of a local technician or follow instructions provided by hardware and software providers for networks.
Other Software
All software, including Microsoft Windows, is issued with comprehensive instructions. Please refer questions about other software to the providers of such software, or offer a Tutorial Package.
Lost Data
We have designed BCSS to provide the best platform for transferring and storing data. Regardless, data is susceptible to corruption once subjected to various operating systems, hardware configurations and methods of data transfer, all of which are beyond our control and responsibility. Before installing and using BCSS, every user agrees to the terms of our End-User License Agreement which, in part, states that we are not responsible for lost or damaged data.
Since our inception, we have recovered lost data without charge.
Tutorial Package
Users may purchase 30 cumulative minutes of personal instruction for $19. You may instruct regarding the use of their computer, BCSS and Windows software. Schedule times to receive users calls for tutoring during your least busy times. Advise users at the end of each session as to how many minutes have been used and how many remain.
