Pre-entering an entire store's inventory into consignment software is very time-consuming. Some shop owners prefer to only enter inventory at the point of sale, which still allows them to track sales, generate reports and invoices, compute settlements and write checks.

How BCSS Basic Works:

At the point of sale, open a sales screen. Select a consignor. Enter an item, quantity and amount paid. More information is optional but this is enough to process the sale. Information for multiple items may be made on the same sale document by following the same process for all items.

When the sale is completed, Basic creates inventory and sales records and settlements for the items sold.
