Click on 'Inventory' on the Main Menu -

then 'Batch Delete Inventory'.

Set the 'Delete Date' in the pop-up window. Items will be deleted that were consigned on or before this date.

Batch delete will not remove items that have a quantity greater than zero or that have been sold but not settled. This allows the removal of old inactive inventory records while preserving those for items not yet sold or settled.
