Check the appropriate boxes to have mall rents and/or other charges deducted from settlements. Choose whether rents should be applied monthly or weekly.

Charges are applied to a consignor's account on the 'Current Charges' tab on the Consignor Edit window. There are 7 predefined types of charges. These will always appear plus a set of blank lines. Rents are added to this list automatically (including past due if applicable).

To add charges, edit one of the predefined lines or use one of the blank lines below. Either way, enter an amount and click 'OK'. When this window is reopened, charges entered will appear at the top, plus the 7 predefined types and blank lines below ready to be used again if needed.
