At the point of sale, BCSS provides 3 options for what buyer information (name, address, etc) can be entered:

Automatically enter 'Cash Sale' for customer name.

• By default, BCSS auto-enters 'Cash Sale' as the buyer's name. No other information about the buyer is recorded.

Show complete bill-to fields.

• 'Bill to' means 'to whom is the sale being made?' Select this option below to have the ability to enter complete information about the buyer.

Show only the customer name field.

• Select this option to show only the customer name field.

BCSS Exclusive: Information collected in the 'Bill-to' fields is auto-entered in the Customer Work Area.
