BCSS Employee Records are comprehensive yet easy to use. Each record can include a number of identifiers and notes, making Employee Management easy, precise and thorough.

Audit Till Anytime

The Cash-Drawer-Balance feature tracks each sales person's cash-drawer balance in real time and determines how much cash should be in the till at any time.

Employee Credit Purchases

Employees may make purchases from the store. The purchase(s) can be a layaway, an Account Receivable or a debit against future commissions.

Employee Permissions

Grant or deny access to each Employee in BCSS areas of Point of Sale, Back Office and Management.

Things to Know about Employees

  • Commission Schedule % may be changed at any time.
  • Double click on an Employee Record to open its Edit Screen.
  • Left-click on an item in the list of Employees then RIGHT-click on the selected item for a menu of functions like edit, delete, etc.
  • Names should be entered last name first.
