The other BCSS sale came strictly from harassing calls from Hawkins. They bought our program due to friendly customer service. It was worded that they had called Hawkins to ask about his program a few weeks ago and they had found ours too, on the same day and spoke with me. I ended the conversation with "If you need any assistance please let me know" and I hung up. She did call me twice after that for assistance. Hawkins called them daily to see if they were ready to order yet. When they mentioned they were evaluating our program too he became very unfriendly, bashing us with the stolen-program allegations. This customer stated she heard what he was saying and would be in touch. He still kept calling asking if they were ready to purchase yet. After two weeks of him calling and harassing them into purchasing they picked up the phone and called me. They explained what was going on and wanted to know my input. I simply asked them if they were still evaluating our program and the lady stated yes, so I asked her if it was anything like Hawkins. She said no. I said no more about it and asked what she thought about BCSS. She told me that we gave her the freedom to decide, never made her feel like she was being pushed either way, and that I was always very friendly each time she needed help. She stated she was ordering our program and just wanted me to know to watch for her order.
