This is a review of the various features as they relate to control management software:
Inventory Manager Control
Add Business Inventory - Click on 'Inventory' on Work Areas Tool Bar to access the Business Inventory Area, then select ‘New Item’.
Batch Add - Use this function to add multiple items for one consignor.
Delete - Delete will not remove items that have a quantity greater than zero or that have been sold but not settled.
Edit - If the total of items has become large, it may be preferable to batch edit items.
Delete - Chose the item to be deleted. Select ‘Delete’.
Inventory Control Categories - At the bottom of the Categories window, enter a name of a category for a basic item in the field named 'Edit an old category or enter a new one here'.
Inventory Control Management - Chose 'Inventory' to access the Small Business Inventory Area. Click on an item then select ‘Edit’.
Consignment Inventroy Software - Each item record is attached to the person who provided it or to a house account, and inherits certain default values from that association.

Adding New - When adding new consignors, decide whether to enter first name first or last and always enter each new consignor the same way.
