Click on 'Inventory' on the Work Areas Toolbar -

Select the item to be deleted from the table. Click 'Delete' on the Toolbar (not shown).

The item will be deleted and will no longer appear in the inventory lists, but existing sales and settlement information will be preserved. If an item record is deleted for an item that has been sold but not settled, that item can not be settled.
