For Vista/Win7:

You must be logged in as Administrator to install and run software.

32-bit: Log onto your computer as Administrator, or go to Start, Programs, BCSS. Right click on BCSS and select 'Run as Administrator'.

64-bit: Go to Start, Programs, BCSS. Right click on BCSS then Properties. Click Compatibility and set to run for XP and as Administrator.

4 Easy Steps to Install and run UBCS
You must be logged into Windows Vista/7 as Administrator to install software.

Step 1: Select

Download UBCS from our first locationor our second location.    
Step 2: Download

Click Save and save the file to the Desktop.
Step 3: Install

When the download is complete, select Run. Follow the prompts to install.
Step 4: Run

After installation Run UBCS. View the Tutorial under Help and press F1 to open the User's Guide.
