Editing an Existing Consignor Record

Click on 'Consignors' on Work Areas Toolbar to access the Consignor Work Area -

Select a consignor from the table -

then select 'Edit' on the Toolbar.

Click on the 'tabs' at the top of the 'Edit Consignor' screen to access different areas of this screen. The tabs are 'General/Account', 'Address/Contact', 'Notes' and 'Mailbox'.

Make changes. Enter information in the Notes area for you own use. Notes to be delivered to the consignor can be entered in the Mail Box area. Consignors with notes for delivery will appear with a bright yellow background in the table list.

Mall expenses and rents are managed in the Current Charges area. See the options under the Mall Setup menu for help with Mall operations.

Click the 'Close Window' button below to return to the Wizard.
