If you use Microsoft Office contains many free templates with business applications. The forms may be accessed by opening Word (word documents), Excel (spread sheets) or Publisher (publications, fliers, brochures, business cards) and selecting File, New, and clicking on various tabs for a variety of forms.
Click here on Sample Consignment Invoice to open an editable sample Sale Invoice (Receipt) in your browser. Click Enable Macros' if asked.
After the file is opened, under File in the browser main tool bar, select 'Edit in Microsoft Excel'. (Your PC may offer other editing options.)
Save the file to disk then click Customize in the upper-right corner of the invoice. Enter your information and click Lock/Save Sheet.
The invoice may be associated with a (Microsoft Access) database containing your customers' information (for auto-form completion).
This form may be left open on your PC and completed using the computer, entering buyer information, # of each item purchased, item descriptions and prices. Taxes will be auto-computed if the name entered for the buyer's state is the same as those you set in Customization.
Once the items are entered, the form may be printed showing completed information.
This form may be edited to include only your shop's information then printed in quantity to be hand filled.
In BCSS software, invoices are auto-completed for each sale and may be previewed onscreen for correctness before printing. _________________ Steve Henning
