Some states require a written agreement for layaways. This Agreement contains most of the provisions that might be included. Please make suggestions if there are other terms that should be added.

View the Agreement as a Word Document or in PDF (Portable Document Format) or as an HTML Document.

The Agreement may be edited in Microsoft Word or any text editor.
