The Check-In Form is for identifying and describing newly-accepted consignments. It has provisions for circling a variety of identifiers and describers, like quantity, women, men, boys, girls, type and style of clothing, color and labels.

The form may be saved as a stand-alone page, edited and printed in MS Word as many times as is needed. There are 7 forms per page.

Different forms might be saved for different seasons and include clothing types for each season.
