To assign a picture to an inventory record, click on Inventory on the Work Areas Tool Bar. Select the item then right-click, Edit (or select Edit on the Lower Tool Bar). Press New Picture. Use the file-chooser window to navigate to where the picture file is stored, select it, and click Open. View a picture that has been assigned to the item record by clicking on Show Picture.
