Please note: The previous version of BCSS and all versions of BCSS must be removed from your computer(s) before installing the new FoxPro version. The new version will not work properly if this is not done. If you would like to preview the new version, if possible, please install it on another computer. This can be done by downloading the installation file on another computer, or by downloading the installation file on one computer, copying the installation file to a flash drive then running the installation on another computer using the flash-drive installation file. How to Upgrade 1. Purchase the Upgrade - First, call support (901-837-9155) or email support to purchase the upgrade. As a backup to these instructions, we will help proceed with the upgrade. 2. Back up data. Important! Follow the procedures in the manual for backing up your data. We must make sure that your data will not be lost. 3. Download the new BCSS program from one of these links, Intro, Deluxe, Diamond and save the file to the Desktop. 4. Update your data. Stop using BCSS and send your data files to support for adjustment. (Please refer to the manual for procedures.) We will make the necessary adjustments to your data files and return them to you ASAP. 5. Uninstall all versions of BCSS from your computer. (Start > Programs > BCSS > Uninstall). As a safe guard, search the computer for bcss.exe to make sure no other installations of BCSS are on the computer. 6. Run the new BCSS installation. Click on the file on the Desktop that you downloaded, named bcss-intro.exe, bcss-deluxe.exe or bcss-diamond.exe. 7. Restore your data. Use the Restore Database option under Help in BCSS to reinstall your data files. That's it. Please make it a practice to press F1 for help and if assistance can't be found, please email support.
