BCSS Inventory Introduction

Access the Inventory Work Area in BCSS by pressing F7 or click on 'Inventory' on the Work Areas Toolbar.

Minimum Inventory Information

Each inventory item must have at least an ID, a description and a price. Other information may be recorded if desired.

Inventory Records

Inventory records show item ownership, items sold, amounts due to consignors (in settlement percentages) and profit. These records are used to print price labels and bar codes, conduct special sales and discount unsold items.

Data

All data entered in the BCSS demo will be lost if the demo is uninstalled. Back up data to be saved.
