Best Consignment Shop Software works with any laser, ink jet, bubble or dot matrix printer and is configured specifically for the new Horizontal 1-across (with bar codes) and 2-across tags (without bar codes) with the Zebra 2844 Thermal Printer.
Price labels may be printed on Avery-style labels (1" x 2-5/8", 30 per sheet) or (1/2" x 1-3/4", 80 per sheet).
Address labels may be printed on (4" x 1-7/16", 14 per sheet) or (1" x 2-5/8", 30 per sheet) labels.
Hang tags are stock-paper price tags with a hole at one end for hanging. There are 20 labels per sheet for laser-style printers. Hang tags may not be printed with a dot matrix printer.
Thermal price labels may be printed '2-across' using Zebra 2844 Thermal Printer. No ink or ribbon is required. One label may be printed at a time so there is no waste. This is the most economical method for printing several price labels.
Outdated thermal labels (used by Consignpro & Liberty) use 'notches' to advance labels through the printer. There are only 500 sets of two tags on the 2-across rolls and a minimum of 2 tags must be printed each time (or labels are wasted).
