Cash Checks: Track the status of checks cashed. Auto-convert bounced checks to loans and assess variable penalties and/or higher interest rates.
Credit Limit and Discount Rate Displayed at POS - Values set in the customer record appear automatically when processing a new sale for the customer.
Customized Pawn Forms: We create a pawn form to your specifications and PPSS auto-fills and prints the form for your customers' signatures.
Invoice Message - A note entered in a customer record will appear in the 'For Office Use Only' box on invoices.
Mailbox Feature: Mark individuals with notes of action to take at a later time and/or print and mail letters. (In PPSS, select a Pawner, Edit, Mailbox; or right-click on the Pawner and select Edit Mail Box.)
Payday Loans: Track Payday Loans, payments, outstanding balances and charge a flat fee or interest. Assess penalties and/or higher interest rates for past-due loans.
Pictures! Add pictures of pawners and inventory.
Reminders: Be alerted to contact patrons (on a specific date or when they come into the store) and have notes for reference.
Start-Up Tips now appear to help train new employees. Click on View All Tips under Help to see the complete list of tips.
Open Edit Screens in any work area by double-clicking on an entry in the table on the right. For example, double click on the name of a pawner or double click on a pawn. The corresponding edit screen for the pawner or pawn will open. Make changes and save.
Upgrading only requires the payment of the difference between editions. Get full credit for the initial purchase.
