A Better Way: We don't think it's right to accept payment for a software program before its users have decided that it's right for them. As a matter of fact, we won't accept payment until you have examined PPSS and determined to your complete satisfaction that our software is right for you.

The free PPSS demo is fully functional and contains all of the features of the full version. Please use it and test PPSS thoroughly. If you determine that it works properly on your computer(s) and is right for you, then we will start the purchase process.

No Risk - This way there is no money out of pocket. If you do purchase PPSS, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee but please note that no refund will be granted once an unlock code has been issued.

No Rush - The demo period is 14 days and can be extended once. We are not in a hurry to push you into a buying decision.

Hardware may be returned for replacement within 30 days of receipt if it is defective. Beyond 30 days hardware will be replaced or repaired according to POS-X warranty policy: "With POS-X, you get free 2-Day Cross-Ship Rapid Replacement service on all products for the life of the warranty..." which is 3-5 years. Hardware may not be returned for any reason.

Please download the demo and take PPSS for an extended spin. (Data entered will be saved, so the demo may be used 'live' along with your current accounting system - a good way to test PPSS features and calculations for accuracy, or vice versa.) See if your employees like it - see if it's as easy for them to learn and use as we say.

When you're ready, contact support to purchase an unlock code (to use PPSS beyond the trial period). Once the code has been issued, ownership of the software license transfers to you. You can resell PPSS at a later time.

When the mortgage is paid off, you own the house. When the last loan payment is made, you own the car. There is only one payment for PPSS and once made, you own PPSS. Once ownership of PPSS transfers to the purchaser, payment cannot be refunded. This is good business for honest people and it allows us to protect ourselves from theft attempts. It also prevents one or two unscrupulous competitors from wheeling and dealing with our customers and encouraging them to attempt credit-card charge backs. Thanks for understanding!
