Call volume picked up on PPSS today. I repeatedly kept referring them to the wizard. It is helpful and a very good learning tool. We had a total of 10 PPSS callers today. Three were Deluxe demo users and the rest were Diamond demo users. I specifically asked each one to please call if they ran into anything they did not understand. I want to see where we are losing them at. This way we have a good idea, on what to do to make this program a big seller!
The DB modifications I had sent yesterday and today came back with no additional problems and I was able to assist many PPSS users to a point they have a better understanding of what all PPSS could do to benefit them. One further note regarding the PPSS users. They are wanting to convert from WinPawn.
