Shipping

If an ordered item is on back order there may be a delay in shipping time. Order status will be sent via email.

For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address may be delayed.

Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order prior for shipment. If your credit card is not authorized or your address is not verified on the first try, you may experience delay or cancellation of your order.

Purchasing

All purchases are prepaid. Accepted method of payment include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, wire transfer, certified check, personal or business check, cash, Google Checkout, PayPal and money order.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are in U.S. Dollars.

Payment for software will be refunded upon request within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be made once an unlock code is issued.

Payment for hardware is nonrefundable. Additional charges may apply for failure to provide correct shipping information.

Hardware

All items are 100% factory new.

The manufacturer’s warranty applies to products sold. Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please make your selection of hardware carefully. Contact us to be certain which makes and models of hardware are compatible with PPSS.

Referrals

We have several happy clients who, like you, are very busy running their businesses. For that reason, we don't request their permission to publicize their contact information. If you purchase PPSS, we will respect your time and privacy as well. We know you have plenty to do without fielding inquiries from our prospective clients.
