Print Discounted Prices on Price Labels

Below check 'Show discount schedule on pricing labels.' to have discounted prices printed on pricing labels. (Printing may exceed the width of the label.)

Show Date In on Small/Medium Pricing Labels

By default 'Date In' only appears on detailed pricing labels. Below check 'Show Date In on small/medium pricing labels.' to have 'Date In' appear on all labels.

Small-Label Format

Narrow Format is mostly used with dot matrix printers. Test print using Wide Format and change this setting if a narrower printing width is needed.

Printer Margin Settings

Set printer margins in Reports Areas.

Most laser-style printers use margin settings (Left) 350 and (Top) 800-850.

For 'All-in-Ones' (fax/printer/copier/scanners), try settings of (Left) 350 and (Top) in the 1900 to 2100 range. For the Hewlett-Packard All-in-One: 1500.

Margins for printing checks are typically (Top) 350 and (Left) 850. Make these settings in the Disbursements Work Area. Optionally try 300 and 800.

For hang tags: Left: 350, Top: 800 to 850

Please note: Make note of the printer settings once they are determined. If Windows is reinstalled, these settings must be restored.

Reset them in the Reports Areas of the Work Areas and in Program Setup, Sales Tab.
